Very sunny unit with fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to six. Master suite with king sized bed and flat screen TV, and just slide open your door to walk out on to the balcony every morning! Incredible sunsets! Updated appliances in kitchen and overall well maintained. Tile floor throughout. Unit has it’s own WI-FI. Great complex for families. Gated community. Great pool. Fantastic white sand beach is right in front of you. Tennis courts on site. Fishing and boat access on the canal side of complex. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples.
