Welcome to the new renovated cozy home ! This Modern space has 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom , open floor plan with new appliances/ fixtures and so much more ! The property is conveniently and close to WPI, Clark, Holy Cross, the DCU center, Polar Park and Downtown Worcester . There are more fun when you drive about 30 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge Indor Waterpark in Fitchburg MA and 45 minutes to downtown Boston. The first floor has larger living room with big sitting area and nice tv . There is beautiful kitchen you can cooking and making coffee/tea every morning. There is nice dining room for lunch time and diner time , add full bathroom with the laundry The second floor has 3 bedrooms that include all essentials , towels, clothes rack and hangers . Each bedrooms have tv, so you can enjoy it before go to the bed . There is full bathroom with shampoo/conditioner and body wash The house has nice and quiet backyard with patio furniture , you can enjoy and relax at noontime and nighttime.
