The 2 bed 2 baths downstairs apartment is located close to OU Campus, to Norman Regional Hospital, and a short drive from many restaurants and bars. Space It is a unit on an apartment complex, a fully furnished apartment with all the modern amenities. Guest access Contact less check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay. Other things to note Guests have access to pools and laundry. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. Sanitizing Kit is also available at the listing. The Pool is seasonal and will remain closed till May. Guests are only able to cast their phones to TV. No pet policy. There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of two hundred dollars, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including beds, rugs, chairs, sofa. Two hundred prepaid Refundable deposit will be collected on check in
