We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! Now for the important house rules to keep everyone happy (especially the next guests who may not love nose smudges and paw prints as much as you do): 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a per pet fee, please inquire for details.

Philomath and Corvallis make up a quaint college community with funky stores downtown, an impressive farmer's market, and delicious farm-to-table restaurants. There are wineries to tour, an Alpaca farm less than a mile away, and summertime concerts to enjoy July Thru August ! We have 2 cruiser bikes to enjoy and many trails to hike!
