    It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, there was an assigned parking spot, the location is fantastic, it had all supplies needed for a comfortable stay, it was clean, and the host was very responsive to questions.

    We had a car and it was a great location for sightseeing. Everything was very easy to get to. 45th street was a great place for shopping and restaurants. It was an easy walk to Gasworks Park which is a great place to see the lake and downtown.

Mid-century apartment well preserved. Feels like grandma's apartment ''in a cool way''. Two bedroom unit can accommodate 4 with two queen luxurious beds with down pillows, down comforter, and high thread count sheets.Living Room has comfortable seating and 42'' flat screen TV. Good closet storage throughout bedrooms and central hallway. DESIGNATED PARKING with carport and driveway that accommodates 2 cars.

Central Wallingford location. Close to Stone Way for bus lines to downtown, etc. Stone Way starts at Lake Union and goes north to Greenlake and is quickly becoming a hot new street with new restaurants and shopping. Near Gasworks Park, Burke Gilman Trail, Fremont, The Troll, Woodland Park Zoo, 2 miles to Husky stadium and University of Washington. Business travelers will find this a convenient location to software, internet, and biotech companies located in Fremont and South Lake Union. Also convenient for visitors of the University House retirement community. Close to Stone Way and 40th Ave N for bus lines to downtown, Husky stadium and the new University of Washington Light Rail Station. Guests can take Light Rail from the airport to the UW station and catch a bus, Uber or a taxi to the apartment. The apartment is about 10 minutes by bus to downtown Seattle.
