RENOVATED NOV 2023! 107D Summit has NEW paint, lights, plumbing, living room furniture & more! 5 minute walk to the village slopes. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 9 with a sofa bed. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed w/ an en-suite bath that has a shower, dual vanity & new LVP floors. 2nd bedroom has a full/queen bed & the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks beds. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo, granite sink, & hardwood floors. The back deck has a propane grill & a family of deer that comes to visit! The kitchen boasts an open floor plan that can accommodate large groups. The cabinets provide a soft close and the granite countertops offer plenty of prep space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the comforts of home.
Owner of a Real Estate Company named Austin James in Virginia Beach, VA. I love my family, love my dogs, and love new adventures. I am available by text, email, or phone during your stay. We do have a local maintenance man if there are any issues during your stay.
The condo is a short walk across the street to Snowshoe Village with the best dining, shopping, ski school, and of course the slopes! Short walk to the Village! The Snowshoe shuttle services the entire mountain and a stop is less than 100 yards from our front door that will also take you to Silvercreek. Plentiful parking is available in front of the unit and in the overflow lot next door.
