Property info

This is a spacious private bedroom with a queen bed in a very cozy 2 bedroom home. You will share the bathroom, kitchen and common space with one other roommate. Full kitchen to use. Very clean safe and quiet atmosphere. We expect all guest to maintain this. We do not allow guests to be on the property nor any pets. We welcome you to enjoy your stay with us.

Very desirable and centrally located walking distance to all Downtown Phoenix attractions, stadiums, Roosevelt Row arts district, lite rail, hospitals, ASU and Uof A Downtown Phx campus and much more. Just a few minute drive or lite rail ride to the airport.
