As you enter, up a flight of steps, you'll be greeted by a view like no other. Pearly white sand and emerald green water for miles will instantly put you in a tranquil vacation mode. The open concept floor plan allows this beautiful view to be seen and enjoyed whether you are lounging on the comfortable couches, playing games, or making a snack. The high-end, well-equipped kitchen has SS appliances, marble countertops, and shaker cabinetry. Dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar allows your group to be together while snacking and dining. Outside is the Gulf front deck with more seating to watch the pelicans soar and the dolphins play! The main floor also has a king-sized bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Up one flight, you'll find the king-sized primary bedroom with a private Gulf front deck. It's a great spot to start and end the day with a beverage! The ensuite bath has dual sinks and a tub shower combo. Down the hall is the third bedroom with 2 full-sized beds as well as a trundle to sleep one more. The third full bath is also here with a tub/shower combo. The private dune crossover is just outside your door and makes getting your gear to the beach a breeze! Two picnic tables are in a nice shady spot under the house when you need to escape the sun along with a gas grill.

2 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
