Recent renovations include new floors, a new kitchen, new baths (toilet, sink vanity, and shower), new paint, new doors, and new furniture! Bright and inviting, this condo boasts upgraded amenities and accents designed for modern guest comfort. Enjoy pool and Gulf views from the sweeping, private balcony. The full kitchen comes well-appointed with a suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils for meal-planning convenience. The adjacent dining table offers seating for the entire group. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Both bedrooms feature direct balcony access and each comes equipped with TVs for added convenience.
