Light, bright and cozy in the HEART of Siesta Key Village! Open floor plan including Queen-sized bed, Smart TVs, Strong WIFI. Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the buzz and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable! -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a 150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. ** ROKU system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access. -Parking: There is only one space for parking. - Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
