A beautiful, high-end, modern home. Cathedral ceilings and huge windows with mountain views galore. In-floor heat, gas fireplace, flat-screen internet/cable TV, high-speed internet, smart-key entrance, HE W/D all brand new furniture. 1700 sq feet of living space. EV charger, swamp cooler, and sauna! Located on a quiet corner just blocks from Kendall Mountain and downtown (0.5mi). Arguably the best views in town. Direct shot to silverton mountain Closest house to OHV road.
There is a local property manager in town who may check in during the stay. She is available for any questions or problems. Strict noise curfew at 8pm. Absolutely no parties! Must be >25 years old to rent.
Fantastic location on the edge of town with spectacular views of Kendall and red mountain. Direct shot to silverton mountain and blocks away from Kendall mtn ski and downtown. Closest house to OHV road. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. We have 2 bikes and a kids bike for use and a sled.
