Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in Hollywood Beach. Just around the corner from the spacious beach, and a short walk to the serene Channel Islands Harbor. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, kayak and boat rentals, and activities such as a weekly farmers' market. This Spanish-style home offers all the comforts of home including smart TVs in the living room and all 4 bedrooms, a Keurig coffee maker and all the amenities in the kitchen, and a gas BBQ for outdoor grilling.

I've lived here at the beach for over 20 years. My husband and I are raising our two young daughters, and between the two of us we know the beach pretty well! You and your family will love the tranquility of Hollywood Beach. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or take the beach cruisers on a ride around the Channel Island harbor. There are wonderful restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. You can pull two cars into the driveway. Other cars can park free a half block away on Harbor Blvd. Use the beach cruisers to cruise around the neighborhood and harbor.
