Property information

Beautiful remodeled home located in the center of Wilmington. 5 minute drive to UNCW & historic downtown &15 minute to Wrightsville Beach. Everything in the home is new. Private keypad entry. Includes a full kitchen, 2 full baths and plenty of towels and linens for large groups. Plenty of extras needed for an excellent stay. Pets welcome. Smart tv's in all bedrooms includes Cable, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. Nice yard with small fence for pets. Outside deck with table, seating and Grill!

Neighbourhood information

Nice quite and safe neighborhood located in the midtown area. Plenty of sidewalks for getting out of the house and taking a stroll. Uber, Lyft and local cab companies
