This is NOT an actual farm, the space is a garage apartment located behind the main home, which happens to be next to cow pasture. No quiet hours, no lengthy to do list at check out We have EVERYTHING! Wind down at this unique, super cozy and peaceful retreat amongst the cows & country landscape. All the amenities of home with personal touches I hope you’ll enjoy, including washer/dryer combo, Keurig, 40in tv and music tower. Conveniently located 6-8 minutes from Metro airport, I-10, Southern University, shopping, restaurants & minutes from the Baton Rouge Zoo. A quick 15 min drive to Exxon Refinery, only 25 min from Tiger Stadium. STAYING LONG TERM? Contact us for up to 25% off your stay! Great value for the price! Includes a washer/dryer combo, no need to drive to a washeteria. 1 bedroom with a queen bed. 1 bathroom, 1 futon in the living area **additional charge for a 3rd person** Netflix and Prime available for your use, If you would like to use the other services available through the Firestick your own login would be required. There are plenty of fresh towels, toiletries and soaps. You can shower for as long as you like with unlimited hot water. Full kitchen including pots, dishes, condiments, and Keurig coffee maker. Lovely farmhouse décor with plenty of natural light! Enjoy morning coffee or evening night cap on the porch area overlooking grazing cows in green pastures -sometimes within feet of the porch :) You can access the space anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the key. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children especially due to the steps; however, children are welcome at your own discretion. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside overnight. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
