A 700 sq ft Guest House/In-Law suite in North Miami Beach. The unit is great for 2-3 guests. The suite has its own entrance and parking for 1-2 cars. Its location is only 2 miles from Aventura Mall, 3.6 miles from Hard Rock Studium, 1 mile from I-95, 2.7 miles from Turnpike, and 15-20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. This was once a long-term rental, but I decided to make it a short-term rental. The suite is newly updated and furnished.
