Newly decorated in the fall of 2020, this approximately 1,600 SF private pool home offers plenty of space for everyone. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, private heated pool, oversized fenced in backyard with tropical landscape design and much more will make your next vacation unforgettable. Although you will probably be spending lots of time by the pool area, going for a swim or catching some warm sun rays on a lounger, don't forget that the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Bradenton with plenty of restaurant choices, Riverwalk, LECOM Park baseball stadium and much more is only 10 minutes the other direction. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, large smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom are located on the other side of the house, sharing a hallway guest bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and daybed. It is important to note that the third bedroom can accommodate up to 2 adults or 4 children. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options and a large smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is well equipped with everything you would need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and the dining room comfortably seats 6 people. When the kids are playing outside and you are wanting to catch up on a book, the plush chairs in the dining room can make for a great reading corner and a small desk across the kitchen could be a makeshift work place. The outdoor space offers a covered patio with outdoor dining table, a propane BBQ, colorful Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and most importantly a newly constructed private heated pool.
