Newly remodeled with all new furniture! This is a BRAND NEW listing with an AirBNB Superhost! Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is a short walk or short drive literally down the road. The biking path to get to Collier Mountain Bike Trial is viewable from the houses front or back yard right on 3rd Street in Bentonville.
There is a newly felted pool table to add some extra entertainment.
