Perfect for friends, family, and everything in between. Our three-bedroom, two-bath home is located centrally in the Hudson Valley and sits on a little over three acres of land, surrounded by trees. The house is at the end of a gravel driveway and offers lots of privacy but is only a 10-15 drive away from both Saugerties and Woodstock. The space features: - kitchen stocked with essentials — coffee maker, blender, toaster, instapot, dishwasher and microwave - abundance of backyard space with an outdoor firepit to gather around - hot tub to soak in no matter the season - 4’ deep aboveground pool to cool off - beautiful screened-in sun room/patio where you can work, meditate, or grill - 65” 4K Smart TV in the living room - extra quiet downstairs space - plenty of spaces to cowork & high speed internet (300 mbps) - washer & dryer - generator in case of power outages This home is our personal retreat, lovingly owned by two humans like yourself (not a corporation). Please take care of it as your own and put everything back where you found it. We are happy to be flexible with check in and check out times if we can accommodate. PLEASE NOTE: - we have Ring cameras at the main and bottom entrance to the house, for security purposes. - the house is at the end of a gravel road that is uphill. In the winter, a car suited for snowy/icy conditions (e.g. four wheel drive) is required. - the pool is not heated and is open from around April to the beginning of October. Please confirm with us before booking if you are hoping to use the pool around April or October. The hot tub is open all year round. - the indoor wood stove in the living room is only for display and is not to be used. The outdoor fire pit is available for use.

The Hudson Valley is filled with cute little towns and is a great escape from city life. It is known for its hiking/beautiful outdoors, changing foliage during the fall, and agriculture -- there’s a big farm-to-table emphasis at many of the Hudson Valley restaurants. The house is close to Woodstock, which most New Yorkers are aware of - it has some cute restaurants and shops, and plays on its connection to the famous 1969 Woodstock festival (which, fun fact, was actually held in the nearby town of Bethel).
