Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

During May and June, the swimming pools and several Green Park services remain closed. Guests can be granted access to the Desigg Villages facilities (including an indoor heated swimming pool, a spa and fitness facilities), provided that the request it 48 hours in advance. For further information, you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions
