Beautiful penthouse with 1 bedroom and a living room. The penthouse has great terrace and rooftop terrace (go to the roof if you want to see the stars the night or take sunbath the day) and located in SeaTerra Reserve site. Really breathtaking views of the sea & mountains. Very quiet and peaceful location. The exact GPS location is 35°21'50.5"N, 33°41'54.0"E The penthouse has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge- freezer, dishwashing machine, oven, hob, microwave and kettle. The rooms are fitted with remote control air conditioners. The WIFI is included. You can enjoy watching lastest films or series on Netflix by using Amazon Firestick. There is a bathroom with WC and bath. Fresh towels are provided. At SeaTerra Reserve you can enjoy: 2 outdoor pools and children's pool Indoor covered pool Sauna Fully equipped Gym Restaurant & bar Games suite with pool table and amusements Landscaped gardens Children's play area The restaurant and pool area have WiFi Free parking A beautiful sandy beach with restaurant is just 2 minutes away by car The site is situated 10 minutes to Korineum golf course, 25 mins drive to Kyrenia harbour. A supermarket about 2 minutes away by the car. A rental car is necessary. Prepayment is not required for reservations made only 7 days prior to arrival. Other reservations require prepayment.
