Enjoy one of our beautiful apartments offering uninterrupted sea-views, centrally located directly on one of Cape Town’s sought-after beaches. The luxurious accommodation offers two or three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen. Enjoy the beach with your own private beach access, or take a walk to a nearby restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal in the vibrant setting of Clifton.

Please note that construction work is taking place nearby on a neighbouring apartment building. You can expect noise during daylight hours Monday to Friday, but all noise and work will cease by 5pm (17:00) each day.

The apartment building has an elevator that goes down to level two from road level. The apartments are located on level one, two, three, four and five. My staff are readily available during working hours (8am-4pm) to assist with any luggage up and down the stairs.
