Our newly-designed apartment with a balcony is located in the vibrant Woodstock suburb of Cape Town, merely 1 km from the city center. Situated conveniently at the MyCiti bus stop/Cape Town station link, our building offers 24-hour secured parking facilities. Featuring captivating industrial-chic aesthetics, our apartment showcases stunning views of the city and Table Mountain. Guests have access to the hotel's gym and amenities, while international cuisine restaurants and shops are conveniently situated within the building premises. Please take note: - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony (with a penalty of R3000). Parties are not permitted, and guests are kindly requested to refrain from playing loud music after 10 pm. - For security purposes and to prevent any unauthorised access to our apartments, we kindly request that you provide copies of valid identification (ID or passport) for both guests. Kindly note that check-in details will only be shared once we have received the requested documentation.

Woodstock is Cape Town's oldest suburb , and is a modern mixed-use development location which is situated close to major highways, city centre, and transport routes. Many new restaurants, furniture shops and art galleries.
