Sunset Residence is located 300 metres from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, walking distance to a nice square with restaurant and woolworths supermarket. Cape Town’s city centre with its restaurant and shopping facilities is only a 20-minute-drive away. The residence consist of 2 villas, 1 housing 3 separate entrance apartments and the other offering 5 separate entrance apartments. All self-catering accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen and access to an outdoor pool. The Residence offers a 24-hour front desk providing express check-in/check-out. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi. Guest can enjoy water sports at the neighbouring Sunset Beach, such as kite- and windsurfing. The Milnerton Golf Course is located only 1 km away as well. The residence has a generator and is not affected by load shedding.

I'm Fabrizio I come from Italy in 1996 to open the residence. I have my own apartment inside the residence, with my wife and daughter. What I really like to do, is giving guest local advise to best enjoy Cape Town. I'm your free tourist guide, alway available to change your program for the day.

Sunset Residence is located in the up-market residential area of Sunset Beach, 15 minutes driving from the city center - Waterfront, 300 meter from the beach, walking distance to a supermarket and restaurant. The residence consists of 2 villas, one with 3 separate entrance apartments, the other one with 4 separate entrance apartments. Both villas have a heated pool, barbeque area and are fully serviced daily. Sunset Residence has a generator and is not affected by load shedding.

Neighbourhood information

Sunset Beach is a quite and up-market residential area. From the beach you can admire a beautiful view of Table mountain.
