Get away from it all and relax in this peaceful oasis! Villa Arroyo is situated at a prime location on the secure Estuary Country Estate and boasts stunning views of both the estuary and the ocean. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area connects to a spacious and secluded veranda, ideal for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the views and abundant birdlife. The villa features all conveniences for a comfortable stay (smart TV, full package DStv, uncapped WIFI, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, braai, sun loungers, load shedding bulbs). Two cars can park at the villa (a small car in the garage, a bigger car in front of the garage). Villa Arroyo is situated just in front of the Estuary Hotel. You can indulge in the amenities of the hotel, such as restaurant, bar, pool and spa. Or you can take a short stroll through beautiful indigenous gardens to the main Port Edward beach.
