Located just 5 minutes away from the Dubai Metro, ibis World Trade Centre is the perfect base for exploring all the city has to offer. And there's plenty to see - from the Museum of the Future to the stunning La Mer beachfront, the traditional Gold & Spice Souk, the iconic Dubai Frame, the world-renowned Burj Khalifa, and the unbeatable shopping experience of the Dubai Mall. The check-in was quite slow as there were many people checking in at the same time. This aside, once you reach the check-in desk, the staff were the loveliest people around, from greeting you to explaining all the small things in the most detailed way. The rooms were pristine clean and really well designed. What was really surprising is that you do not get any coffee in your room, but you actually can order it by calling the reception, and they will bring you a free cup of coffee of your choice from the bar straight to your room. That will be actual coffee and not some instant pour over. The breakfast was also great. The selection was relatively small, but at the same time, everything you could need was provided, and the staff there were really friendly as well. And most importantly, if you are ever sad, they have a happiness team which will make you happy in 15 minutes!
