Great location, the room was very spacious and super clean plus the hotel staff members were extremely helpful and polite, especially Kate, the French girl, and the girls who work at the restaurant.

The property reflects the experience of the operator. The room does not provide thrills, but all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The room was air cooled comfortably.

In the heart of The City, the ibis London City - Shoreditch is a 15-minute walk from St Paul’s Cathedral. Vibrant South Bank, with Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe, is a 20-minute walk away. The location of the hotel was excellent. 1 min from the tube stop. The hotel was within walking distance of the Tower of London. There are many shops and cafes in the area. Tower 22 and Liverpool station are also within walking distance. The hotel is well equipped. However, there are very few elevators for the number of rooms. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for the elevator. Excellent breakfast with a large selection, but the breakfast room is small due to the capacity of the hotel and sometimes you have to wait until a place becomes available. The price of the hotel is a little higher for its category, but we had a very pleasant stay there

Guests can reach central London in 45 minutes on the Piccadilly Line, or 15 minutes on the Heathrow Express. I just wanted to share an experience I had with the hotel. Initially, I had some concerns about the arrival facilities, which almost led me to cancel my reservation. However, my perspective completely changed after speaking with a receptionist named Yarica. She went above and beyond to patiently address my concerns and reassure me about the available facilities. Running into her at the reception was truly fortunate, and her assistance was incredibly valuable. In addition to the cleanliness of the room, the convenient location near the airport with affordable and frequent bus transportation, and the lovely view, I was deeply pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The reasonable pricing made the experience even better.
