Well located, friendly staff, patient with my novice French which I insisted upon speaking although they offered to switch to English, just really cosy and amazing rooftop deck, peaceful, beautiful murals, lots of choice at breakfast, comfy room with kitchen facilities, what's not to love? Loved the flexi-policy which allowed my friend to join me in the room for a few nights and reasonably priced parking for her car.

Very convenient to the metro and a pleasant walk to old Montreal. The hotel had parking about a 2 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean,beds comfortable.the breakfast was buffett style and enough for all our different preferences! Free tea, coffee ,water, and hot chocolate available beside reception. It was perfect for our family trip.

    We left scared from the previous reservation Le 402. Le 402 was totally dishonest. What we hired via the internet through photos was completely different from the reality we found. We didn't stay there one night. At 11 pm we arrived sad and very tired at the new Quality Inn Centre-Ville reservation. They welcomed us. We were given the best room. We can have comfort and security. We stayed from 13.07 to 17.07. We want to highlight the receptionist at the Quality Inn Centre-Ville named Larissa. He helped us with everything.
