the room was spacious, clean, simple and well decorated. the terrasse was really nice and the views!! simply stunning!!!! it was amazing waking up to this nature every morning. the outside bathroom is very nice and private. there was a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room so you can make yourself a nice cup of tea while enjoying the view :) the staff is super friendly and breakfast was delicious. I am so happy I stayed there :)

First things first: the staff of the hotel is so so kind, I really felt comfortable around them! The room is very big for what you pay, it was probably the best room in Indonesia so far. I really liked it! :)

The owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful. The food was very good. They helped arranging transfers to and from the airport at reasonable prices. They rented us a good scooter for a very reasonable price. The room was cozy and new, a lot of great details and cool decorations in wood and natural materials. When we had a problem with air-conditioning they sorted it out quickly. Quiet location but close to many good beaches and restaurants (but you need a scooter to move around). Great value for money.

Everything was great! The girls from the reception where kind, respectful and friendly. The first night the water of the shower was cold, but when we tell to them, they immediately fixed it. Also my sister is coeliac and they offer to her a breakfast gluten free. We also made the tour that they offer and it was great! Gus, the guy that pick up us from the harbour answered all our questions about the island and restaurants gluten free.

Friendly helpful staff, Made even popped out to the pharmacy to save us a trip. Stunning views, short walk to the Water Palace. Swimming in the spring water pool at the palace sublime. Food next door authentic and delicious. Also good to visit Amlapura Palace and market.
