Our bedroom had the most comfortable bed and the shower in the bathroom was very powerful. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and the toiletries were really lovely. Our bedroom looked out over the restaurant and we left our window open during the night to hear the water flowing I'm the river opposite. Appenzell itself is so pretty and everyone is very proud both of the hotel and the local area. Breakfast was also delicious. We would come back Thank you so much for looking after us
