It was a wonderful experience for me! The building and furniture are completely new and super clean. The staff were really helpful and kind, specifically Narek and Hermineh helped me so much and i appreciate their cooperation! The breakfast was delicious and served properly. I also had 2 dinners at the restaurant and both were delicious with reasonable price.

The open balconies were a real highlight — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with city views. I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a layover in Erevan. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. Sarkis will pick you up from the airport and bring you back. The drive is short and straightforward with no busy traffic. All safe and sound! Highly recommended!

Sincerely the warmest and most homely place I have ever stayed! Vaughan has a rare gem with historic treasures and his own amazing Armenian pottery throughout the property, providing a true unique experience. The stunning central garden and rooftop terrace are beautiful places to relax and enjoy the exemplary hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough, and if you’re lucky, as to buy some of Katy’s Kombucha!!!
