Great hotel! Large room. We asked for a 3rd bed and after that , the room still have quite a lot space. The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, walk distance to everywhere and surrounded by a lot of great restarautant and coffee shops. Staff is nice and helpful. The bar in the top floor is also great and can have a good view from top.

Hospitable hosts. We felt at home. The hosts arranged for us to choose a place where we tasted the national dish, gave us a treat, and escorted us out late at night. A bath was available in the house. The warm blankets were very much appreciated. The place is quiet and close to the subway station.

We stayed in this two-bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it! It’s incredibly spacious, bright, and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The open balconies were a real highlight — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with city views. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, with shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in the very heart of the city!

it’s superfriendly, it’s quiet, it’s warm and welcoming, it’s your home away from home. They can’t stop offering food and tea😂. Susan and Sarkis are lovely, adorable, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is incredible, they will assist you with anything. -02/2025 they are creating a beautiful pool area with nice quiet rooms, a bbq and a bar area. They are goodhearted so it s a pleasure and a privilege to stay here. Came for one night and stayed 12 :-)
