The views from the enormous picture window were amazing. The room was large, fresh and calming and all staff went out of their way from booking to completion to help. Breakfast ..don't miss, fantastic. Walk into the small township and also possible to walk to Krimml waterfall entrance .. bout 20 min if your strolling. Definitely recommend the hotel. Also ...not a gym person, but those that are will love the gym equipment..looks like an awesome setup.

Fantastic place to stay, and wish we were able to stay longer. Staff were very friendly and the majority spoke English. The room was very clean and tidy. The facilities were amazing and very clean. The food was very good.

The accommodation met my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I appreciated the large amount of storage space and the spacious balcony. The breakfasts were standard, with the option for individual customization of egg dishes. The hotel provided the Nationalpark sommercard Hohe Tauern for free, which saved us a lot of money, especially on cable cars and entry fees. Overall, I was very satisfied and I recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rooms were cozy, clean, and regularly maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options that left nothing to be desired. We truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of our visit. Amazing stay with the best views. We arrived by bike with our 5 year old and we were super pleased with everything about our stay. The hosts are friendly and attentive and very patient with our little one. The food was great and the design of the common areas is really well done. Lots of space to relax, play games, read etc. There is a lot of space outside to enjoy the terrace and the amazing views of the valley and the mountains. They were even so kind as to drop us off to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of champagne. Beds were very comfortable. Loved it and our little guy didn't want to leave! Parking at Pass Thurm was easy and the path is easy to find and follow.

    We stayed at the hotel for a few days. There is always a free and private parking spot for your car. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are replaced. It's clean, but you need to get used to the fact that the bathroom doesn't have enclosed walls. The breakfast is tasty and good. The administration is pleasant. There is a free washing machine available for use.

    I liked this hotel a lot. It's located in a nice Austrian town, with Krimml waterfalls pretty close. It was renovated not long ago, overall the interior gives a good impression. There's a wonderful spa zone with a jacuzzi and a sauna at the rooftop, it is the one with the best view I've ever visited! Breakfast was good. Also, there's a free parking near the hotel.
