Snug spot out in Hunter’s Valley. Very private. Far enough out to feel remote but with all the creature comforts of luxury accommodation. The spa was a wonder… we’d still be in there now if we didn’t have to step out to eat and drink.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Spicers Guesthouse! The restaurant was unbelievably good—we dined there twice and loved every dish. Our room was spacious with super comfortable beds, and the pool was perfect for hot days, with the jacuzzi warm and relaxing for morning dips. The staff were lovely, and everything was spotless. First class infrastructure, with a huge room, a full kitchen and a large sitting room, a balcony with its own patch of garden and a covered garage leading into the sitting room. There is no room servicd but the Nineteen restaurant is literally a few steps away and serves excellent hearty fare. Special shout out to Abdallah in reception for his knowledge and friendly helpfulness.

We booked a two bedroom apt and it was great. Spacious and clean. We stayed on the second floor and we could see the golf course. Very pleasant to wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. The swimming pool was good and they had a whirl pool. We had a garage where we could park our car and it was safe.
