We really had a great time. Staff are very polite and helpful. Even is was cold outside, we could have a nice swim in the temperature controlled swimming pool. My wife enjoyed the massage at the Spa and we can recommend the Italian restaurant at the ground floor. From the entrance of the hotel we were able to watch the fireworks from BIC. There is a nice Christmas house in the lobby.

From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless. Jamila was exceptionally helpful. We are also very thankful to Fatima and all other staff. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, from made-to-order omelets to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax featuring an amazing pool with breathtaking views. We also celebrated the NYE at the hotel’s ballroom, it was a fun party that we enjoyed greatly! In summary, our stay was an unforgettable experience, defined by luxury, impeccable service, and attention to detail.
