The place is very nice and the staff are the greatest. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make my mothers stay as pleasant as possible. Staff can make it or break it, they made it. Kudos to them. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day. Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.

It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

They went over and above with this!! amazing staff, lovely caring warm attentive. people. The breakfast room was so lovely. My friends and I came to Bad Ragaz for my Birthday celebration and it was the best decision I've made! We spent there 2 nights, and obviously it was not enough! The Spa is huge, saunas are amazing, the view and location are magical. Breakfast al card so delicious and elegant. The stuff is so helpful, friendly and nice. We had two dinners, one in 'Memories' with 3 Michelin stars and it was not just a dinner, it was such a beautiful experience The second in 2 Michelin stars 'Igniv' very special and interesting as well I regret we couldn't stay longer
