Communication was great, we were informed of all extra charges in advance. SPA area small but very tidy and relaxing with two saunas, Jacuzzi, Kneipp basins and rest area with a view. They were spacious and cozy, there was everything we needed. I like the fact there were two separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the toilet / bathroom were quite newly renovated. We liked staying in there and were very satisfied. Plus the hotel staff was super nice to us.
