This was the best hotel that we stayed in. The breakfast was delicious the variety of food was good. We really enjoyed the afternoon snack. Dinner was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. bed and pillows very comfy. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. The location was excellet. The service from all the staff at Hotel Zugspitz was awesome!

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! The location is excellent and the view spectacular. All is correct, very good value for money. No complains whatsoever. Good food, plenty of choices. Ther is only one small issue, some of staff do not speak English and I do not speak German. I managed quite well but it will be nice if another international language like English, French or Spanish can be used, at least for written instructions.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We stayed over after we climbed up the Zugspitze and I was surprised that the location was that perfect. It's one train stop (or 8 mins by car/taxi) away from the gondola that goes up and down the mountain, much closer than Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The hotel, the wellness area, and especially the lovely owner, chef, and staff were all exceptionally friendly and made our stay really personable. Would have loved to stay longer, but we will be back again!
