It’s our favorite hotel in Black Forest area. We have been here atleast 5 times and love coming here again and again. They have nice, friendly staff, good pool and jacuzzi and sauna area. They even have 2 sauna areas- one for kids and one for adults (clothing free)

Truly grand hospitality and family friendly place. Never experienced such a level of professionalism and care from staff. Owners personally come to interact with hotel guests every evening during dinner, this really makes it special. They are fully integral part of the business.
