Needed google translate at times as my Spanish is not that great and not all of the staff spoke English. But we had no problems at all. Breakfast was great and they were quite flexible with our timings. The art work and decor in the hotel was really wonderful and Ecuadorian. We left bags here while we traveled out of Quito and there was no problems with securing them again. Yes I would recommend this hotel. The Jacuzzi in our bathroom was an added bonus.Guest review byTraceyYoung couple
