The staffs were amazing checking in with Mr Ehab.. Then checking out with Mr Mohamed Ibrahim. Breakfast was so good got to ry so many new Egyptian food recommended by Omar. Overall very good and relaxing stay.

I love everything about the hotel, Starting from the Location with a great view of the City View to the Pyramids, the Sunset at Evening and to the call for prayer is Awesome. Value for Money! The Manager Mr Waleed, Ham and other staffs are very outstanding, ready to assist and very friendly.. It's a Home away from Home. I will definitely be coming back with my family and friends Soonest. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. Every single person was warm, supportive, and genuinely caring. They consistently went beyond my expectations and always offered more than I asked for. The room design perfectly matched my taste, and I was so grateful for the atmosphere. The room size was also much larger than most standard 5-star hotel rooms, which made a big difference. After staying several days, it really started to feel like home—something very important to me. The area around the hotel also felt safe and relaxed compared to other parts of Giza or Cairo. I even felt comfortable walking at night to the nearby 24/7 store by the petrol station. One morning I had to leave very early for a nearby visit, and even though it was only a 5-minute walk, the hotel kindly offered me a lift because it was still dark outside. That kind of thoughtful care meant a lot to me. For me, this stay was perfect. I’ve already booked my next visit, because I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else after discovering this hotel.
