The staff was very attentive, always smiling they made sure we had everything we need. We had a great time, the resort is very spacious and has several pools to enjoy. Also we go pampered with the best massages everrrrr at the Cleo spa and Mr. Samir took the time to make sure we enjoy every aspect of the facility. It was above our expectations! Good swimming pool with pool bar. Great restaurant choices. Our rooms were in a great position in the main building with a view of the sea. Always space on the Sun loungers. The staff in the Club were first class. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. The bedroom was very spacious, plenty of storage and the bathroom was great with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. This property is for families/people who want to be away from noise of aqua parks and spend quality time relaxing. staff was good right from the time we entered until we checked out. Omer at reception was exceptional but to be fair I didn’t interact much with others in the reception but whatever interaction I had with others was good too.
