Lovely, friendly welcome with safe garage space for our bicycles. Very comfortable room, coffee machine with pods and milk in the fridge. A complimentary bottle of cava in fridge. Reasonably priced minibar. Delicious breakfast that was set up half an hour early to allow us to make an early start on our bikes. Their La Vina restaurant opposite was very good for the lunchtime menu del dia. It was closed in the evening otherwise we would have gone back in the evening.

Staying at Box Art Alpino is one of the best part of our trip. A great escape from the city, in a small town near a lake. Busier during the weekends while quiet and peaceful during the weekdays. Great location for driving to the nearby towns like Segovia, Patones, etc. We loved the design of the place. We stayed at the suite for 3 days and it was very spacious, very clean and neat with a lovely jacuzzi bath. Very comfortable bed and everything. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wholesome and coffee is great. Do try the restaurant for lunch/dinner (same place as breakfast, called "CEDRO") if you have the chance. It is of very high quality too.

We had a wonderful night here The rooms at the front (make sure you get one) look over the front of the Palace. The main entrance is less that 100m away from the hotel.The beds are huge and comfortable and the rooms large. A warm welcome and very helpful staff. Amazing value for money. Lots of reasonably priced places to eat close by including its own restaurant

I really liked the apartment! The kitchen is well equipped: clean dishes, pots and pans, lots of different glasses, a kettle, a coffee maker, even a blender! It's great that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine. A fireplace is great in the cold season! The beds have clean bed linen. The bathroom has new and modern plumbing. We lived on the 2nd floor with a stunning view - we will miss it. Plenty of free parking near the apartment or on the neighboring streets. Very quiet place, no noise nearby. You can walk to the Dia supermarket in 10-15 minutes or drive by car. There are also small supermarkets and cafes in the town itself. There are many hiking trails in the area. And you can get to interesting places very quickly. It is worth visiting Navacerrada: walk along the shore of the reservoir and visit the town itself.

We stayed here after walking the Siete Picos Trail and loved it. I plan to bring friends here again and will be recommending it to others. I would really recommend getting the dinner & breakfast deal, the buffet breakfast was perfect- with eggs of our choice, lots of fresh fruit, cheeses, meat, juices & pastries. The dinner was fantastic. The views from the lake facing rooms are amazing. The staff were lovely. In winter it was quiet so we had the spa all to ourselves. You need to ask for the sauna to be turned on This place had so many lovely attentions to detail, it felt really luxurious but is very reasonably priced.
