Location is perfect - close to the train station and a quick walk from old town. The neighbourhood is lovely as its a pedestrian street with several restaurants and coffee shops. I even used it to go for a quick run the mornings ! Their terrace is small and cozy! Their staff is so so friendly and made sure all my queries were taken care of. I was staying alone and it was my first time in Palma but I felt safe and comfortable here for a whole week!

Could not fault the hotel. The rooms are stylish and well appointed. The bar and restaurant are great. Excellent choice of breakfast options and we had dinner on two evenings of our stay. The restaurant specialises in Majorcan cuisine and it was good to try something a little different. Staff are fantastic and really work as a team. They are friendly and very helpful. The pool and spa is an added bonus

One staff member, Guillermo, stood out with his incredible attentiveness and dedication to ensuring every detail of our visit was impeccable. We would especially like to thank Guillermo for his exceptional service. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Palma. The exceptional staff truly made Summun Boutique Hotel a memorable destination. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary stay in Palma City, Majorca. Just a side note if you are looking to relax on the rooftop all day rather than explore the spa & rooftop facilities need to be booked in hourly slots

Everything about our stay was perfect ! The hotels location is excellent! The staff extremely helpful. We didn’t remember the name of the men in reception but he was great. He gave us a map and guided through some amazing restaurants and places to enjoy a drink The rooms were spacious , very clean , and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was very good in a very calming and relaxing environment!

    The breakfast was outstanding with a buffet, delicious smoothies and delicious open sandwich options - eg avocado with fried egg and ham shavings on chia and psyllium bread. Rooftop plunge pool was relaxing with chill lounge music. Spa was fabulous and my massage was outstanding! Staff were all impressive, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

    The location is very central and within walking distance of the centre of town. The room was nice and clean, and the spa area with a jacuzzi and sauna was nice as well. Breakfast had a big range of food to choose from and was good value for money.
