It was very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. You get breakfast delivered to your room, and you have everything you need: TV with Netflix, a coffee machine, a small fridge— …everything. My experience was great!

View was great, we had our own pool and thr top of the set of Suites. The staff were really genuinely friendly, we felt very welcome. Denisa helped to book a car from the accommodation and recommended areas and local restaurants. This was very helpful. Would recommend people to stay here. More geared towards couples but we were a group of 3 and it worked great for us.

Everything was great, if I could rate it higher than 10 I would. Super friendly people, always in touch, helped with check-in and check-out. the house itself is very beautiful, clean and atmospheric. there is everything you need and even more. the location is very quiet and beautiful, we enjoyed staying in this hospitable place.

I stayed for 6 days in this apartment in Santorini and had a great experience. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and equipped with all the comforts: towels, hairdryer, toiletries, and even a convenient outdoor space for parking. The location is quiet and well connected, perfect for enjoying the island. A special thanks to the staff, always kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

I was in the hotel for a week. In the middle of the trip I went to another island and returned back to the same hotel. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The girls at the front desk are very charming, courteous and helpful. The entire hotel staff is very eager to help.

I loved everything about this place! From the lovely apartment itself to the most amazing staff and owners! Even before we arrived Sissy had already emailed a lot of tips of what to do etc in Santorini, when we arrived (our flight was delayed) and Aggelos waited for us until midnight, we had a lovely chat and he gave us loads more info. Sissy even helped us renting a car and booked us a restaurant twice. Bri and Dimitri in the bar were also so lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough! It is only 4min walking to the beach, it’s really well located. Thank you so much guys for having us, we hope to be back soon xxx

The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

    The room was spacious. The kitchen had everything needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and it was dropped off almost immediately. The breakfast was tasty and accomodating of my vegetarian partner, delivered each morning around 9 30. The sundeck with lounge chairs and hottub has a perfect view of the sunrise which was great. And Metaxi Mas is right around the corner.

    The space inside and outside. The private hot tub/pool and the comfort inside, plenty of beds for family of 5. Even though the season has just started the whole island was quiet but staff made us really welcome and gave personal service.

    The property is perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing. The location is very good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the lack of private bathroom for each room. It was a perfect holiday in santorini .

    Everything was amazing! The villa was brand new, very clean and spacious. We have visited Santorini several times but it was the first time we stayed to a traditional house so nicely decorated in a modern and luxurious way. Before booking we had some doubts about the location for the village which we did not know, but Santorini again surprised us with such a peaceful place. We especially liked the terrace with the hot tub where we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the view.
