The villa was absolutely fabulous. Had everything needed. The interior was really beautiful and spaceous. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was nice. Silent morning with sheep and birds noise only. Fantastic!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunny Bay hotel. It was a perfect spot for exploring the nearby famous beaches (Elafonisi, Balos and Falassarna). There was plenty of parking space just in front of the hotel, the hotel has a small private beach where sunbeds and umbrellas are free for hotel guests. The breakfast was really good and fresh. It is located maybe 10 min walking to bars and restaurants in Kissamos centre. And the staff were all so polite and friendly. Highly recommed!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful large kitchen where we made our Christmas lunch and the jacuzzi is just amazing. Beautiful view from the bedroom too and unbelievably completely bed.

I'm not the type of person who usually gives a 10. There's always room for improvement, after all! But here, I can't think of anything which could have been better. - Stelios is the best host you can dream of. He will make you feel you're staying at a friend's. He is also an excellent advisor for the region - The house is just magnificient. Perfectly renovated in the best taste. Every tiny detail has been thought to be genuine. There are only 5 apartments, so the location remains very intimitate - The location is just perfect, so quiet in the heights of a small village, far from the buzz of the main towns, yet very accessible by car

Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

The swimming pool is amazing and not crowded.Feels like a private pool. The location is very good if you want to visit many places in Chania and you don't want to stay close to the city. Its a wonderful place to relax , disconnect and enjoy your holidays. Staff provided useful information regarding places we should visit.

The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

    very good location, close to all the beaches outdoor space is great with the jacuzzi, it had hot water and you can relax! very quiet place where there are no other apartments around

    Ideal for 2 couples with private bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, but large areas to be together. Very modern, well looked after and all very clean. Beds were comfy with choice of pillow. The courtyard was a real sun trap, but the highlight had to be the hot tub which was relaxing after a hard day of doing nothing! Plenty of parking close by, and the coffee shop and bakery was ideal for breakfast takeaways.
