Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the lovely family who runs this apartment. They were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They can help you book trips and arrange transportation around the island as well. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning! It had been recently renovated and you could tell that the attention to detail was top-notch. Everything was super clean, and the design perfectly blended modern comfort with the charm of a traditional Santorini cave house. The location was ideal for exploring the island, and the family’s hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. We can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re looking for a comfortable, charming, and welcoming stay in Santorini, this is the place to be!

We have stayed in Alaso design few days for few days, it is located in city centre which you have access to the square were many restaurants and shops are located, the hotel is brand new, almost one month old, , the interior design is very modern, the bed was very comfortable, there is Nespresso coffee machine you can enjoy your coffee every morning, breakfast was really good and fresh. The hot tube was beyond expectation! Hospitality was great especially Fya the receptionist, she took care of us so much, she booked for us cruise, buggy, Taxi and gave us a lot of tips about the Island, she is a great person thanks Fya for being such amazing host. If I go back to Santorini again I will book Alaso design again for sure, So I recommend it!

The service was great, the team is very very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty. The room is in great design and you have all you need: cosmetics, flip flaps, towels. Additonally the team gave us extra pillows (and even ask of which kind of softness do we wish). The balcony is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous pool with clean and warm water, additionally laying chaise for sunbathing and table with chairs for evening chilling. The view especially with the sunrise is stunning. Thank you!

The view was Amazing, breathtaking! We did mykonos and Paros before landing in Santorini and it was all worth it. we were so glad we stayed at the on the cliff, Simona welcomed us with professionalism and all smiles.     Great service and location - Christina and Elias do an incredible job managing the property with in-depth local information of restaurants, sightseeing and transportation around the island to make the stay an exceptional experience. Very short walk to the Caldera for sunset views and so many nice bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. The room was luxurious, the hot tub and indoor spa bath make it great for a relaxing stay. Also a very short walk from the local bus terminal make it easy to access and travel around the island.
