Amazing place with great facilities such as a hot tub on the terrace and plenty of space to sunbathe and admire the views. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from the floor to ceiling windows and our own private terrace was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, letting us keep our bags in storage there both before and after our stay. They tended to our every need immediately! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an amazing and luxurious-feeling place to stay in Lake Atitlán.

The location was in the heart of San Pedro activity and the view was amazing. Woke to the sound of the waves on the shore and the sun shining on the volcano across the lake. It was so beautiful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that had a kitchenette and even nice housecoats and slippers. The long deck off the bedroom that overlooked the lake was such a treat. The staff were very responsive and quick to fix some lights that had been burnt out due to a power surge/outage. Not everything was perfect but it was good value for what it cost. We left at 5am to catch a shuttle and staff was there to help with suitcases and get the keys from us. Excellent customer service.

I can confidently say this is one of the top 3 places I've ever stayed in my life! The location, the staff, the food, the scenery—and the hot tub—were all incredible. It was a truly rejuvenating experience. This place has super nice energy, And gosh,, the dinner was the best!!! Also, the manager sisi was very kind and welcoming us also gave us information on time. I would love to go back very soon

This hotel is absolutely incredible. We felt like we were in a 5 star not a 3 star hotel. The staff are the loveliest & most helpful people and from start to finish our stay was magical. We will definitely remember it forever it’s a beautiful authentic place with modern facilities, elite attention to detail .. the food is also amazing and a we were spoilt for choice! Amazing eco accommodation in the quiet part of Lake Atitlan - next to the San Juan village. It is 15mins by walking to San Pedro and 5min walking to San Juan. The rooms are sharing big common balcony from where you can quietly watch lake Atitlan, birds and nature around. You can also relax in big garden, which belongs to the hotel. We've booked hiking guide to Indian Nose via the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was also amazing. Just count with longer waiting time (approx. 30mins until you are served and your food is reayy). Maybe more staff would make it quicker. We've stayed for 3 nights and it was one of highlights of our stay in Guatemala.

The staff was very friendly and accomodation. We got early breakfast when we were up before breakfast started and helped us arrange our travel back to Guatemala City for a good price. The barman made excellent cocktails and the bed was possibly the most comfortable one we ever slept in.
