We recently spent three unforgettable days at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and everything about our stay was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour from our room were the highlight, adding a touch of magic to our experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic start to each day. One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, enhancing the overall experience. Hotel ICON truly sets the standard for hospitality with its excellent service, attention to detail, and luxurious atmosphere. Most staff were well trained. Though there were one or two who were less polite when we visited the pool area.

The amazing services received from Russell, Zoe and Felicia. They went the extra miles to decorate the room with a delicious cake to celebrate my birthday. The services throughout our stay in hotel was good!

Room was incredible, even without a harbour view the view of the Kowloon skyline was very special. The pool and spa areas were spectacular. Without doubt the best hotel i have ever stayed at.

The harbour view is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff even prepared a birthday welcome snack for my stay. The room service also provide mini surprise everyday in the evening.

Conrad has the best location, because it is connected to the Pacific Place mall. We had access to the executive floor which was really helpful since we were traveling with a toddler. My husband and I would work or eat at the lounge while our toddler slept.
