The gym and spa is really nice. Good technogym machines, inbody body composition scanner. The spa is amazing. Sauna, steam, different plunges and jacuzzi. Breakfast was perfect... big ala carte menu. Really a lovely hotel... by far my new favorite in Jakarta. Le Labo bergamote 22 toiletries is a really nice luxury touch as well.

The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

Breakfast and dinner buffet with huge variety of food and good quality. Room very quiet. No noise from cars or room service. Thick carpets and good windows help for noise-cancelling. Room service staff polished my shoes and gave me listerine. Restaurant staff is very friendly and they remembered my name the other days although there are many guests. Good gym for a hotel and sauna and cold pool and hot jaccuzzi too. Outdoor swimming pool is nice too.

Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta.
