Overall very aesthetic but pragmatic hotel with useful automatic or half automatic features in the room. Lovely staff, excellent short menu in Fawn restaurant and quiet rooms for weary travellers like us. No downsides, would definitely visit again. And yes, they offer gluten free and are aware of allergens - this was heightened by absence of carpet in the room: they have parquet!

    І liked the room, clean, bright, liked the bathroom. There are a lot of mirrors, which looks very good! The bed is comfortable, the only thing that is not comfortable for me is the pillows. The location is excellent, close to the shopping center. I was also very pleased with the pool, it is very warm compared to others. Also a gorgeous sauna and jacuzzi!

    Excellent stay with our family with kids age 12 and 8 yr.old. Comfortable,spacious and spotless room with lovely family suite. Staffs were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic. Swimming pool was a plus and kids had a relaxing blast. Definitely we'll come back here again.
